Kina Bank recently announced that on Monday 9 September 2019, ANZ’s Boroko and Jackson’s branches have reopened as Kina Bank branches.
Both properties underwent significant renovation and have been rebranded with Kina Bank contemporary branding and cool designs.
Kina Bank’s Executive General Manager Personal Banking, Adam Downie said, “Our new look branches are fresh and modern and will be an inviting space. They are uniquely Kina Bank. I think our customers will be delighted with the transformation.”
Kina Bank are also heavily investing in the customer experience as well to provide customers with the best service in the industry nationally.
“We’re committed to offering our customers the best in customer experience. We want to reassure customers that they will continue to receive the same great service they’ve come to expect from the same people they are already familiar with,” Mr Downie said.
“We’ve been working with ANZ to ensure the transfer to Kina Bank is as seamless as possible for customers. On 23 September, all ANZ branches, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and GoMoney will transfer to Kina Bank.
“The great news is ANZ customers account numbers will remain the same. ANZ cards will continue to work. And ANZ customers can log-on to our Internet Banking platform using their ANZ log on details,” said Mr Downie.
