Kina Visa Card Visa Transaction Control Services
The VTC Product offers cardholders control over their Kina Visa card usage and status via Kina Internet Banking. However, since most cardholders do not have access to Internet Banking services; when requested, we assist them remotely by enabling or disabling the controls from our primary switch system.
Kina Bank EFTPOS Transaction Monitoring, Investigation and Verifications
The Fraud Prevention team monitors all transactions originating from Kina Bank EFTPOS terminals and the Merchants activity patterns. All alerted cases for suspicious transactions are investigated and verified with the card issuing financial institutions. For identified fraud cases, counter actions are taken to ensure the incident does not reoccur in future.
Kina Bank ATM Transaction Monitoring
The Fraud Prevention team monitors all transactions originating from Kina Bank ATMs and the ATMs transaction patterns. Whether at the transaction or device level, all suspected cases are investigated and verified. If a fraud case is confirmed, then counteractions are implemented to prevent the reoccurrence of the incidents in the future.
Kina Bank Ecommerce (Online Merchant) Transaction Monitoring
