Susu Mama’s
Susu Mamas is a health service for families, founded over 30 years ago. The charity provides much-needed access to adult, paediatric, HIV, reproductive and maternal healthcare, plus family planning and vaccines. We donated PGK30,000 to the Susu Mamas to help them continue their critical service and assist the community. Together, we can make a difference!
Kokoda Track Foundation
Kokoda Track Foundation delivers vital education in remote communities, healthcare access, and better opportunities for women in PNG. Kina proudly partners with Kokoda to fund and administer their FODE educational program. The program involves Kina Bank team members mentoring students one-on-one to help with study, assessment, and exam preparation. This personal support system gives young people a second chance at schooling, tertiary education, professional employment, and a bright future.
Links of Hope
Links of Hope is a charity that supports children impacted by HIV. Their Child Sponsorship Program provides much-needed care and resources such as monthly nutritional packages, education programs, school fees, and uniforms. We’ve committed to an annual grant of K100,000 and provided a team car in honour of the late Nancy Moka – founding charity board member and Kina Bank team member. We’re incredibly proud of Nancy’s legacy, dedicating her life to bettering Papua New Guinea.
Eat Smart
Eat Smart is a movement determined to change the food landscape in Papua New Guinea. Chef Julz Henoa takes PNG on a journey to celebrate local produce, farmers, and home-grown cuisine. The campaign includes a TV show, radio podcast, talkback show, weekly newspaper articles, social media content, and a social outreach program. We’ve teamed up with Chef Julz to help Eat Smart achieve their important mission of creating positive behavioural change in PNG.
Ilimo Dairy Milk in Schools
We’re proud to sponsor the Ilimo Dairy Milk in Schools program, delivering milk to primary school children in the mornings. Milk is bursting with nutrients that supports growth, healthy development, strong teeth, bones, concentration, and learning!
