Kina Bank once again supported Transparency International Papua New Guinea (TIPNG) in the Sir Anthony Siaguru Walk Against Corruption, which took place on Sunday, 21 June 2026 in Port Moresby.

Building on its involvement in 2025, the bank participated in the annual event by fielding a team of 12 staff members who took part in the walk, while also supporting participant prizes and merchandise for the event.

The Walk Against Corruption is one of PNG’s most recognised public awareness events, bringing together individuals, organisations, and communities to stand united against corruption and promote integrity and accountability.

“At Kina Bank, we believe that strong governance drives meaningful development. Corruption undermines opportunity, weakens institutions, and holds communities back. By supporting the Walk Against Corruption each year, we are reaffirming our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the shared prosperity of our nation,” said Mackhenly Kaiok, Kina Bank Chief of Staff.

Kina Bank’s continued participation reflects its ongoing commitment to responsible corporate citizenship and working alongside organisations like TIPNG that share a vision for a more transparent and accountable Papua New Guinea.
