Our number one priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our people and community. So, we are taking precautionary measures to ensure our branches remain healthy and safe spaces for everyone.

We are providing hand sanitisers for customers to use as you enter the branch. Some of our staff may be wearing face masks and gloves. We are also increasing our cleaning procedures. These measures will help protect us all against Covid-19.

Visiting a branch

We ask that you please refrain from visiting us in branch if you

  • Feel unwell or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, such as a cough, fever or shortness of breath
  • Have travelled abroad recently, through mainland China, South Korea, Iran, Italy, the European Union, United Kingdom or USA
  • Live with someone who has travelled through these countries in the last 14 days
  • Or have come into close contact with someone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19.
