1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Kina Securities Limited trading as Kina Bank (“Promoter”, “Kina Bank”).
2. Promotion Period: The promotion opens on 20 July 2026 and closes on 20 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility to Enter: Entry is open to residents of Papua New Guinea aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible:
   • a) Employees of Kina Bank and its related entities.
   • b) Employees of agencies directly related to this promotion.
   • c) Immediate family members of the above.
4. How to Enter: To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:
   • a) Spend using KINA EFTPOS at participating merchants.
   • b) Each transaction within the spend range qualifies as an entry.
   • c) Multiple entries allowed.

6. Winner Selection:
   • a) Winners are selected via a winning POS receipt.
   • b) Winners will be notified via phone/SMS/email.
   • c) Winners must present valid ID and proof of transaction.
7. Prize Conditions:
   • a) Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
   • b) Vouchers are subject to expiry and merchant terms.
   • c) The smartphone meets minimum requirements for Kina Pei and Pei Beta digital wallets.
8. Unclaimed Prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within one (1) day, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
9. Use of Personal Information:
   • a) By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information by Kina Bank for the purposes of:
     • i. Administering the competition,
     • ii. Contacting the winner, and
     • iii. Marketing and promotional communications (where consent is given).
   • b) Personal information will be handled in accordance with Kina Bank’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kinabank.com.pg/privacy/
   • c) Kina Bank will not disclose personal information to third parties except where required to fulfill the prize or by law.
10. Product Fees: Individual channel fees will be applicable during this promotion period.
11. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including the use of their name, image, and likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation.
12. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kina Bank is not responsible for:
    • a) Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
    • b) Technical issues, system errors, or incomplete entries.
    • c) Any changes, delays, or cancellations related to travel or events beyond its control.
13. General: Kina Bank reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or provides misleading information. Kina Bank may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control require it. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Collection of Personal Information:
    • a) Purpose of Collection: The personal information collected will be used exclusively for the purposes of:
      • i. Administering and managing the competition,
      • ii. Contacting entrants and the selected winner, and
      • iii. Verifying eligibility and prize fulfilment.
    • b) Storage and Security of Data: All personal data collected as part of this promotion will be securely stored and managed by Kina Bank’s ICT Department, in accordance with Kina Bank’s internal data security standards and controls.
    • c) Access to Information: Access to personal information will be restricted to authorised Kina Bank staff and approved service providers where required to administer the competition or fulfil the prize.
    • d) Retention and Destruction of Data: All personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be retained only for the duration of the competition and any necessary post-competition administrative period. Once the competition has concluded and the prize has been fulfilled, all collected personal data will be securely destroyed in accordance with Kina Bank’s data retention and destruction policies.

15. General:
    • a) The Promoter’s decision is final.
    • b) The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
    • c) These Terms are governed by the laws of Papua New Guinea.
