Kina Bank, which is PNG’s leading digital bank, has a long-term partnership with NiuPay and through that, is providing a way for people to lodge and pay the tax office with their cutting-edge Internet Payment Gateway.
“Our aspiration is to be PNG’s leading digital bank and essential to that is working in partnership with technology providers such as NiuPay to provide payment platforms that makes engagement with government institutions easier, more convenient and reliable. myIRC is a great example of this” the bank’s Executive General Manager Banking and Country Head, Lesieli Taviri, said.
The newly launched platform will ensure individuals and organisations can now lodge their returns online and complete actions that in the past could only be done in person at the IRC office.
This is a first for PNG.
