More than 60 Kina Bank team members took a proactive step towards better health and wellbeing by participating in a free eye screening initiative delivered in partnership with Pacific International Hospital (PIH).
The screening saw a strong participation from the Kina Bank team members, demonstrating strong engagement in a wellbeing initiative designed to encourage preventive healthcare and raise awareness about the importance of regular eye examinations. The program provided employees with valuable insights into their vision health and the opportunity to identify potential concerns before they develop into more serious conditions.
Kina Bank recognises that investing in employee health is an investment in the Bank’s people and its future. Initiatives like this provide employees with access to important health services that may otherwise disregard amid busy work and personal commitments. Good vision is essential not only for overall wellbeing but also for workplace safety, productivity, and quality of life. The bank was pleased to see such strong participation and encourage everyone to make regular health check-ups part of their wellbeing journey.
The initiative forms part of Kina Bank’s ongoing focus on employee wellbeing, supporting a workplace culture that promotes preventive healthcare, early intervention, and healthier lifestyles.
Kina Bank extends its sincere appreciation to Pacific International Hospital for partnering with the Bank to successfully deliver the screening and help employees take a positive step towards better eye health.
