POMSoX trading was again very thin on Thursday as only two trades were completed. The Kina Securities main index, the KSi, stayed at 3,484.84 points, while the Home Index, KSHi, remained at 9,663.10.
Bank South Pacific Ltd (BSP) was crossed at K7.44, unchanged from yesterday with only 1,720 units executed worth about K12,797.00.
Kina Securities (KSL) was not traded today and remains at K2.60. However, in ASX, the stock advanced 5c to end at $1.18 with trading volume of above 34,400 units.
U.S. stocks ended lower on Wednesday, weighed by selling in energy and materials stocks. The DJIA Index closed at 17,168.61, -48.50 points or -0.28%. The Nikkei share average ended 0.6 percent lower on Thursday at 18,435.87 points as Japanese stocks fell in thin trade as investors took profit ahead of a European Central Bank meeting. In Australia, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index gained 15.54 points or 0.30% at 5,263.84 points after a late rally led by miners in ASX bourse. The Aussie against USD closes at 0.7236.
