How do I receive my PGK2,000 cash back offer?

All loan applications that are submitted before September 30, 2022 will automatically be made eligible to receive the PGK2,000 cash back offer. However the payment will only be made once the loan settles, when the loan has settled you will receive the payment of PGK2,000 into your nominated Kina Bank account.

If my loan doesn’t settle will I still receive the cash back offer of PGK2,000?

No you will not, the payment will only be made if your loan settles. We’re unable to provide the offer if your loan doesn’t settle.

How long does the offer last?

The current offer will run from June 6 to September 30, 2022. All loan applications must be submitted before September 30 to be eligible for the cash back offer.

How can I get a 10% deposit together?

There are three ways that you can secure a 10% deposit.

1. Have cash savings in your bank account.
2. Access your housing eligibility funds via your superfund.
3. Raise finance on an unencumbered property to purchase another one. An unencumbered property is where you own a property outright with no mortgage or loans secured against it so it is debt free and must be on state lease title.
